My take on Jetblue Mint is here, aboard their top of the line A321, but unlike most reviews I have seen these are of the couples seats, not the closed suites, and for a redeye to see if sleep is really possible on this narrowbody plane.

FLIGHT TAKEN OCTOBER 2019!

Join us on this third episode of “Series 3” on Gilbert Travels, where I will review my remaining flights taken prior to stopping travels for the COVID-19 crisis. Since it was first announced in 2013 I have been eager to try Jetblue’s MINT business class service and this was finally the day. JetBlue majorly disrupted transcontinental business class in the US with lie flat beds, the first closed door business class suites anywhere in the world, excellent meals, and reasonable one way pricing and has since gone on to become a favorite product among many flyers. Today to share something I haven’t found many reviews of, Grace and I selected the couples seats that take up the majority of the cabin instead of the closed door suites. Also we have scheduled a redeye flight to find out if these beds are really made for sleeping and can make restful travel on these short overnight flights a reality. We also stop by the small Centurion Lounge at SEA and make a new visit to the TWA hotel at the end to check out the pool deck.

Remember to watch our full TWA hotel review from last year here: Amazing TWA Hotel and Terminal Review...
