Dieser Kohlrabi Kartoffel Auflauf ist
Dieser Kohlrabi Kartoffel Auflauf ist ein super leckeres Mittag- oder Abendessen für die ganze Familie. Der Gratin wird durch Frischkäse besonders kremig und köstlich! Der Auflauf wird mit Käse überbacken – das schmeckt besonders gut! Außerdem ist dieses Gemüsegericht schnell und einfach zubereitet und sehr gesund.
850 g Kartoffeln, festkochend
1-2 Kohlrabi (ca. 750 g)
300 g Frischkäse (am besten Frischkäse mit feinen Kräutern)
100 g Milch
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
½ TL Muskat
Kartoffeln und Kohlrabi im gesalzenen Wasser kochen, bis die fast gar sind (ca. 10-15 Min).

1-2 kohlrabi (approx. 750 g)
300 g cream cheese (preferably cream cheese with fine herbs)
100 g milk
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp nutmeg
Cook the potatoes and kohlrabi in salted water until they are almost done (approx. 10-15 mins).
75 g cheese
