Giblet Turkey Gravy

Here is a simple method for making a great gravy for Thanksgiving turkey dinner. A simple broth is made with giblets and other offal, then some aromatics, water and the juices from the roast turkey. Fresh sage is added at the end then it's thickened  up and ready to go...super easy.
