Now, if you want to talk about a shopping destination with amazing ocean views, then Forum Madeira could win the prize.  This is one of the premier malls (here on Madeira Island) sitting just West of downtown Funchal.  Located less than 5 minutes (from the Atlantic Ocean) the views are epic.

Offering 3 floors of European labels throughout, a 6-room cinema, a supermarket, this can truly be your one stop shopping experience.  A mixed-use boutique development, lined with apartment buildings (around the perimeter) with about 70 tenants around the center.  Opened in 2005, offering @ 20,000 sq meters (@ 215,278 sq feet) with 6 restaurants and a common rooftop (ocean view) terrace.
