To unlock the Backseat Driver
To unlock the Backseat Driver trophy enter in any Rockstar Created Land Race and select race type "Rally" or "Point-to-point Rally". Put "Co-Driver" in the Preferred Role section.
You need to win a rally race as a Co-Driver. It means that you need to beat at least one opponent. As each car will be driven by 2 players, you need a minimum of 4 players to unlock this trophy.
