Skin doesn’t get bleached when you bleach it in the parlours. It only beaches or lightens the hair colours. So the hairs on the face are bleached. Because of that they look a shade lighter or fairer. So this they think is the skin bleaching and they are not bleaching the skin, but the hair. So no major side effect if it suits you. Some develop rashes. But if you give a gap of 3 to 6 moths and bleaching then it is okay. If you have an allergy but at the end of the day it is a chemical and should be used cautiously.
