Simple way on how to Make your Leche Flan creamy and smooth.
Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
10 large eggs
1 1/3 cups condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lime juice (or lemon/calamansi)
For fine and pure Flan, we will be using cheese cloth.
