Blue eye makeup tutorial but make it modern.
I think many people get scared by the brighter makeup colours, but as long as you balance it and don't go bright all over, it can look really modern and cool.
I'm using a fabulous blue eye makeup from Violette_FR which can be used as an eyeliner or eyeshadow, pared with a soft muted blush and lip that compliments it perfectly. I hope this tutorial inspires you to be brave and try a bright eye colour too.
