This is my favorite metal song I've done thus far, I spent a-lot of time on the drums. This song is actually a very simple one, it's about not being surprised when someone new in your life does something negative towards you. Because of some people from my past, I will always have the lowest expectations of new people, avoiding disappointment. A little bleak, but thats how I personally have always been.
