ingredients:
1 cup of starch  
2 cups of water
1/4 cup rosewater
1 and a half cups of granulated sugar
25 grams of butter (unsalted)
2-3 grams of citric acid - (you can skip this if you cannot get a hold of some)
1 TSP Vanilla extract (liquid or powder)
Walnut and coconut powder for garnish and shaping - as much as required

INSTRUCTION:
In a non-stick pan, dissolve the starch with cold water by stirring, and then place it on a low heat setting until it is completely dissolved. When the substance has been dissolved and is smooth, add sugar, rose water and butter, and stir constantly until the liquid is thick enough to remain in the form of a paste in the middle of the dish. Then remove it off the heat and mix the nuts with it and let it cool. Follow the instruction in the video, two types are shown, using the spoon could be used if you don't have the tools.  Make them like the tubes of 3 centimetres in diameter and soak them in the coconut powder.
