Chicken Wings:•1/2 kg chicken wings•1/2
Chicken Wings:
•1/2 kg chicken wings
•1/2 cup chicken wings marinade
•2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Lamb Chops:
•1/2 kg lamb chops
•2 tbsp lamb chops marinade
•1 tbsp oil
•juice of 1/2 a lemon
•1/2 tsp dried mint
•black pepper
Chicken Tikka:
•1/2kg chicken breast cubes
•1 tbsp chicken tikka marinade
•1 tsp smoked paprika
•1/4 tsp turmeric
•1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
•1/2 tsp red food colouring
•1 tsp plain yogurt
Seekh Kebabs:
•200g Lamb mince (already seasoned with onions, garlic, ginger, salt, coriander, chilli flakes, turmeric, pepper)
•add handful of fresh coriander
**Everything cooked on the Airfry option at 200 degrees celsius for 20 mins**
