Ammo Box No Weld Gasifier Build Start Up and Engine Run!!

Time to Fire It UP!! So here is the basic engine set and start up procedure. Of coarse there were technical difficulties!! First I ran out of storage space on the cameras SD card. The thing started up first pull I swear!! haha. Second time around I forgot to switch the engine to start and yanked and yanked on the pull cord until I realized it was switched to off. Turned it on and one pull and she took off.

Ok warning, the 212cc engine displacement is the absolute maximum this little gasifier can run. Do not run engines larger than this. The Honda and Predator 2000 watt inverter generators I bet will be a perfect match for this little guy. I dont have one so I can not test. But I do plan on getting the Predator version. Run time for this very first run was almost exactly 1 hour. So these small inverter generators I would estimate a 2 hour run time or slightly longer. The 212 here in the video was pushing this unit to its limits and it did hot. Not enough to damage it but if any larger it would surely damage the thin metal these ammo boxes are made out of.
