So if your wondering where Chicken Fajitas first came from, the answer is Texas. Tex Mex food is very popular,  and I am totally familiar with it since I was born in the Rio Grande Valley where it is one of the most popular Tex Mex dishes, it's hard to find a Mexican food restaurant that doesn't serve it. Beef or Chicken Fajitas are both delicious and my Ron and I absolutely love them, I fix them often because they are super easy, delicious and quick to prepare. Chicken Fajitas need to be seasoned beautifully if you want the best, in this video, I give you the perfect simple recipe. Traditionally Chicken or beef Fajitas are sided with Mexican rice and beans, you can include guacamole and your favorite Salsa and you can't leave out the Tortillas, Flour tortillas are my favorite.
