just testing the new Sirui 50mm 1.6x with the Red Komodo 6k,

hi All! i've just tested the new Sirui 50mm 1.6x on the Komodo and made a fast color grading in Resolve 18,
let me know what you think about the lens, i think it's a very nice compromise for shooting anamorphic on a budget, just the fact that the 1.6x is useless for social media.
this is my review on it:
sharpness: 8/10 (even too much)
color: 6/10 too greenish but the skin tones aren't so bad
bokeh: 6/10 not a bokeh master but he get the job done
flare; 7/10 depend by your taste, you like it or you hate it, quite controllable.
construction: 8/10 metal builted, a bit heavy but i like it,
focus: 6/10 very hard to get the right focus, and as an anamorphic you'll need diopters to get closer
i think a 7/10 in general is correct as for that price you'll never get something better than this
