Noguchi Subscapes

On view through September 3, 2023, at The Noguchi Museum, New York, 'Noguchi Subscapes’ is a survey of Isamu Noguchi’s interest in the unseen and hidden: in-between space and invisible interconnections, metaphors for the unknown, the creatures and forces that shape our world.

In this film, Dakin Hart, senior curator of The Noguchi Museum from 2013–23 and organizer of the exhibition, offers a tour of its highlights. Also featured are archival multimedia resources that further illuminate themes of the show.
