Space Marine 2 - Too Good To Be True?

The Space Marine 2 leak reinforced my concerns that this game is too good to be true. Every time I have seen Space Marine 2 gameplay it feels like performance will be a huge issue. While I am still looking forward it after seeing the Warhammer 40 000: Space Marine 2 reveal trailer, optimization is a worry after they cancelled their beta.
