MayWard sit down with Reign Parani, Ali Abinal, and Rhys Eugenio, who are torn between their folks back at Camp Star Hunt and their fellow teen housemates. Later, Team Camp and Team Bahay take on their third DecemVersus challenge. While Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber do their best to help both groups, the teen housemates receive additional support from someone they least expect. The squads later return to their respective hubs for the final results. Meanwhile, the Star Dreamers find out how the next official teen housemate will be determined.

After the Decem-Versus challenge, Ali Abinal and Reign Parani get the chance to open up to the housemates about the existence of Camp Star Hunt. Soon after, the teens anxiously listen as Toni Gonzaga-Soriano reveals who among them will be the next evictee. Meanwhile, the viewers vote to make a Star Dreamer's wish come true. Later, Big Brother makes an announcement that will bring hope to the remaining Star Dreamers. Plus, an evicted housemate makes a surprising comeback to stir things up.
