ESC Guidelines: Managing HFpEF (English Version)

It's a heart failure but the EF is still more than 50%.
When should I consider this patient as having HF despite his preserved EF?
Is echo alone sufficient to diagnose HFpEF?
Shall I treat it in the same way as HFrEF & HFmrEF?
