PINEAPPLE AND GRAPE FLOAT
Ingredients
½ pineapple, peeled and chopped
150 grams grapes
Castor sugar as required
¼ cup vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes as required
Method
1. Take a blending jar; add grapes, pineapple and blend it till
smooth. Add vanilla ice cream and blend it.
2. Add ice into the blending jar and crush it.
3. Slice one grape, rub it on the rim of each glasses and then dip
into the sugar. Keep aside.
4. Put some crushed ice into each glass and then top it up with
the grape and pineapple mixture. Serve chilled.
