My size:
7 bottom (indicator)
6 eclipse
I know that this is whole size up and it isn't normal but it works for me. The half size is too tight for me and I find that my hand cramps a lot faster when I'm retracting. You get this numbing feeling when you're working.

All of these gloves are good. They can all perform well in surgery and my recommendations are my own personal opinions based on experience. I don't like sticky and slippery gloves. I don't like constricted, tight gloves. My hands need to breathe! Each glove types have their pros and cons and I want you guys to try them all if you have them at your facility!

⭐️ SET UP WITH NON LATEX
⭐️ ENSURE COMFORT
If you're retracting and your hand and arms are fatigue, don't ignore the signs of prolonged numbing. You need to have a break and learn how to manage switching with different hands. I have a friend who held the scope for 3 hours straight and her arms had muscle atrophy. She was on leave for 3 months. So please, take care of yourself.
