How to fix shaking, pulsating when braking - Toyota Highlander

2010 Toyota Highlander steering wheel and brake pedal shakes and pulsates when braking.   The brake pads and rotors "appeared" to be in great shape.  

This video is from the passenger side.  I did the driver's side the previous week.  

I highly recommend Harbor Freight for the jack stands, 3-ton Pittsburgh rapid pump jack, 25" breaker bar, and impact drive socket set.  And Rockauto.com is great for high quality products and fantastic prices.
