・Mayonnaise : 25g
・Soy sauce : 3g
・Black pepper : a little

・食パン : 4枚
・ツナ缶 : 1缶（1缶70gを油を取り除いて55gほどで使用しています。）
・玉ねぎ : 1/8
・マヨネーズ : 25g
・醤油 : 3g
・黒コショウ : 少々
