In this video, I will show you exactly how to get custom avatars for PSN on your jailbroken PS3 console, and if you use the same account on your PS4 or PS5, you will see that the avatars transfer over, so you can use the modded avatars on ALL DEVICES! It is simple to do, but without a tutorial explaining where things have to go, it can be difficult.
