Forza Horizon 5(FH5) gameplay on RX 560 + i5 3470 | AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB | RX 560D | RX 560 EVO | RX 560 896SP
Specifications:
CPU: Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1225 v2 (same as i5 3470)
GPU: Sapphire PULSE RX 560D OC 2 GB
Ram: Samsung 12 GB DDR3@1333Mhz

Conclusion:
0:00 Intro
0:05 1080p | Medium
1:54 900p | Medium
4:57 720p | Medium
Recording eats 2-5 FPS and causes a bit more stuttering...
Playable at all three resolutions, with 720p you can even use high settings and may have a smooth experience
Just make sure to have at least 16 GB Ram and game installed on SSD to avoid stuttering, unlike my case where I've it on the HDD and the horrible scenes you saw in the video.
CPU is also bottlenecking but I think it's capable enough for at least 30 FPS locked experience at 1080p with some medium-high settings if you got a decent GPU(like RX 570, 1650 super etc.)
Locking the FPS would also help with the stuttering issue in our case.
2GB VRAM is also a trouble maker causing little freezes...
Overall it's bad but not as bad without recording as you see in the video...
And finally sorry for the sound, I didn't get the time to record again :(
