SOPAKCO MEAL INDIVIDUAL REVIEW- Reduced Sodium MRE | Emergency Food Ration Meal Ready to Eat

Here's a compilation video of all my Reduced Sodium MRE reviews. The Sopakco Meal Individual is a commercially available Emergency Food Ration that is popular among preppers. They are cheap and, like the Meal Ready to Eat, have an outstanding shelf life. The food quality leaves a lot to be desired though. They are bland at best and just gross at worst. It's also unfortunate how little menu diversity they have. They will feed you in a sticky situation but I doubt you'd enjoy it. I suppose they are good for people that have salt sensitive diets though.
