Oblivion - How to get Brilliant Assassin/Thief Armour (Black Hand Robes)

This guide shows you how its possible to get a decent set of Assassin or even Thief clothes at ANY level and time. Its a relatively simple guide; Breaking and entering. However, two things to note WHEN breaking and entering - Ensure you have a ton of lock picks if you arent that brilliant at lockpicking, and ensure that you ARENT SEEN when you are picking the locks on a house's front door. Any locks inside are fine as long as you arent seen (Which is likely anyway). Enjoy!
