The Asheville Art Museum was incorporated in 1948 and has a fascinating history centered around its commitment to being a positive force in the Asheville Community. It offers a number of exhibitions that feature American art from the 20th and 21st centuries, as well as programs aimed at varying age groups. We believe the museum is one of the preeminent art museums in North Carolina, and we were really impressed with the beauty of the facility and the friendliness of their staff.
