UCN - 45/20 Mode with 100% Power Perfect Greenrun

Finally continuing this 'series' after a while. The reason it took me a while was because of the Ballora rng required, and Foxy ruining a lot of my runs due to also bad rng. I'm so happy this is barely possible without meebirds so far, 45/20 seems like a good stopping point, and I'd say that it's probably the human limit.
