REGROWING SPRING ONIONS AT HOME

It's easy to regrow spring onions (green onions) from their basal parts.  This simple experiment shows the importance of the length of the basal part cut off for a swift regrowth.  It is recommended to start the regrowth with basal parts having a greenish top.
