I am delighted to announce my second solo album, Summertime! It features pieces from many of my favourite American classical composers, including the Barber Piano Sonata which I fell in love with the first time I heard it. I wanted this album to illustrate the diversity of music in America in the 20th century, and so it also includes some exciting arrangements of Gershwin songs and some Samuel Coleridge-Taylor spirituals.
