Who doesn't like a good
Who doesn't like a good doughnut when their belly is growling? With this recipe they are delicious, super tender and come out a lot of donuts! In case you want more, don't miss them at home 😉 They have nothing to envy to those of the bakeries, you have to try them!
Ingredients for the donuts (10-11 units):
For the dough:
🍄 45 ml water.
🍄 75 ml. milk
🍄 25 g. sugar
🍄 12 g. of fresh yeast
🍄 260 g. of wheat flour
🍄 25 g. of melted butter
🍄 1 egg
(If you want to make more quantity you can use twice as much of everything except egg, just one).
For the glaze:
🍄 150 g. powdered sugar.
🍄 A little water.
