राजस्थान में लहसुन की चटनी का बहुत ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है यहां पर सब्जियां नहीं मिल पाती है इस वजह से चटनी अचार का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल किया जाता है आज हम लहसुन की गीली चटनी का बनाने का सही तरीका बताने जा रहे हैं जिसमें उसको 10 से 15 दिन आप फ्रिज में स्टोर भी कर सकते हैं या कोई सब्जी में डालकर उसका स्वाद भी बढ़ा सकते हैं |
