Hey everyone, we're back with another house flipper video on PC and this time we're doing The House After The Flood. This time around I wanted to initially go with a no demolition approach but I actually needed to do the smallest amount in order to make the layout work, so this is a minimal demolition build as I had to destroy 4 lintels and that's it!
This is a slightly bigger house than all of my previous builds and I do find the larger properties daunting as I'm not an interior designer by far but still I try my best and that's what counts right? :)
Overall I am super happy with this build and I hope you enjoyed seeing this build just as much as I did making it, and I look forward to seeing what else I can create! ^_^
Also, I apologize for the voice over in the beginning, I've got a face for radio and a voice for the mime industry.
