In this video, I'm going to show how you can add a shared Timer to web-based video meetings on Zoom,

Google Meet, Skype, Hangout, Messenger Rooms, etc.

Before we proceed, make sure you subscribe to this channel and press the bell icon to get daily tech videos.

Let's Get Started.

To do this, open this website called TimeZap, you can find a link to it in the video description.

This is a timer app that you can use by installing a chrome extension. So, go ahead and install the extension to your browser.

After installing the extension, open any web-based video calling service where you want to use that. I'm using Google Meet for this. When you are in a meeting, click the extension from the menubar and start a new timer. This opens a floating window on the screen with a timer. Set up a countdown in the window and create a timer.

Initially, the timer is visible to me only as you can see from this button. Copy the timer link and share it with your team or person. With this link, the others can see the same timer. Then you can start the countdown in the shared timer. Again, you can verify which people are getting the timer from with this 'shared with' button.  That's it guys, This is how you can add a shared timer to any web-based video calling service.

If you like this video, give it a thumbs up and remember to subscribe I love free software tv, for more videos like this.
