I'm repotting my two Royal
I'm repotting my two Royal Oak trees (Quercus robur) that I started from acorns 5 years ago. This will be the trees second repotting. The parent tree was planted in 1937 to mark the coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
An organization founded in London, England, known as The Men of Trees acquired 10,000 royal oak acorns and 7,000 saplings to plant across Canada.
Very few are still surviving.
