Welcome back! This video will show you how I make my quick, easy and full of flavor BEEF TIPS WITH BROWN GRAVY AND WHITE RICE. Very easy to follow along! I hope you enjoy. You can substitute the white rice for egg noodles if you are looking for an alternative.
Ingredients
1.5-2 lbs beef roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 medium yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red/orange bell pepper
Salt/pepper to taste
1-1.5 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
2 cups water
2 brown gravy packets
White rice (egg noodles would be a good alternative)
