How Long Will I last with the new zomboid NPC/Bandits mod? | Project Zomboid ep1 (?)

All the usual hard settings.  Insanely rare loot.  High Populations.  1% sprinters to keep things interesting.  Expanded Helicopter Events to move the migration.  And of course the project zomboid bandits mod which gives you NPC's that generally will make your life harder (I think).  Sprinkled in friendly NPCs as well.
