Santa Barbara Weekend for Families & BABYMOONS | What to Do + Where To Stay | California Travel

Santa Barbara might be my favorite weekend destination for families with little kids in all of California. Why? It is easy to have a LOT of fun in a short amount of time. I am 8 months pregnant and still managed to have a totally relaxing and enjoyable weekend with my husband and our 2.5 year old.
All our favorite spots are outlined in the video but some highlights are:
-Santa Barbara Zoo
-Santa Barbara Botanic Garden
-Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History (dinosaurs!!!)
-Santa Barbara Sailing
And we loved our stay at the Santa Barbara Hilton Beachfront Resort! It was very family friendly and in a convenient location. Room size was pretty impressive as well.

Where to eat? So many good places but the standouts were:
Convivo: incredible Italian Dinner with water views
D'Angelo Bread: delicious breakfast/pastry spot to start the day
La Paloma: Trendy outdoor vibe with excellent Cali/Spanish/Mexican eats
