Bio-luminescent Larvae?

Found this luminescent larvae clamoring through the grass the other night at the ranch. Never seen anything like it here in South Texas! So far I believe it to be a Click Beetle Larvae. We shall see.
Its luminescence varies, as you can see. It seems that blowing/breathing on it intensifies its glow. Very interesting critter.
