Zenkutsu Studios Founder Sebastian Galotto presents Shun Akiyama's real-life moveset from Yakuza 4!
Sebastian´s MA breakdown: "Akiyama's fighting style seems to resemble Taekwondo, it has a high volume of kicking combinations. It uses various leg techniques such as roundhouses, axe-kicks, side-kicks, spinning back-kicks, and what the game calls "Slash-Kicks".
Usually, I would take longer steps while doing the techniques since that is what generates momentum and power, but I had to limit the amount of space I took with each technique.
Just for the record, I had to do at least half of the moveset with a sore heel. I got a bit too excited with that sweep kick..."
Most effective technique choice: (0:11) Left kick + Right kick+ Axe Kick+ Side Kick + Slash kicks [Combo]
Personal favorite: (1:58) Right Roundhouse + Kick Barrage + Spin + Axe Kick. [Heat action]
