Tasty, slightly moist, springy texture. 2/5 of used cereal is spelt wholemeal plain flour.
If we replace the potato with a sweet potato, bread will contain a large amount of provitamin A.
We can also increase the amount of seeds, use other types of seeds to get more fiber and minerals.

Ingredients:
270 ml lukewarm water
 1 tbsp olive oil / butter
 1 tbsp vinegar / lemon juice
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp ground cumin

Mixture of flours:

200 g spelt wholemeal plain flour (Triticum spelta)
100 g boiled, finely grated potato / sweet potato

wheat flour:
  70 g coarsely ground meal
  70 g medium ground meal
  70 g plain flour

  25 g fresh yeast
  60 g sunflower seeds

We used program No. 4 BASIC BREAD, the crust colour: medium. The weight of all ingredients is around 900 g, from the options 750 g/1000 g/1500 g, our choice: 750 g.
