Dough:
- 130 ml of kefir
- 1 yolk
- 20g of sugar
- 300g flour
- 130g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of vanilla
Filling:
- 250g cottage cheese
- 50g sugar (as much as possible)
- 1 protein
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- 20g coconut chips (optional)
Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for ~ 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
