Abbvie stock, ticker symbol ABBV.
Abbvie stock, ticker symbol ABBV. Yesterday they presented their quarterly results and the stock went down almost 9%.
And to be honest, the results itself weren't that bad. Abbvie missed on EPS and revenue by a small margin and almost everybody expected a decline in their top drug Humira which was the case. But the problem was in the other drugs, the growth started to slow down a bit which worries the investors a lot. For the upcoming earnings, almost all analyst expect another miss for Abbvie.
From a dividend point of view, Abbvie is loved by many investors. Dividend yield is at almost 4% and the 5 year growth rate is at almost 15%. So this looks really good.
But does this mean that Abbvie stock is a buy at current prices?
