Ingredients:
1. 2 Cup Gram flour/ Besan /Chane ka atta
2. 1/2 Cup Urad Dal flour/Urad Dal atta
3.1/8 tsp baking soda
4.2 tbs oil and 1/3 Cup water
5. Pinch of turmeric powder/haldi
6.2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp black salt/sanchar powder
7. Oil for deep frying and salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix Chane ka atta and Urad Dal atta in a bowl
2. If you don't get Urad Dal atta,take Urad Dal and blend it in a blender to make fine atta
3. Add pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste,2 tbs oil ,1/8 tsp baking soda and mix well
4.Add 1/3 Cup water and knead the dough if required add 1-2 tbs more water and knead the medium soft dough
5.Make small balls of the dough
6. Take one dough ball and roll it into 4-5 inch diameter disc,take wheat flour for dusting and roll it
7. Take pizza cutter or knife and make straight lines throughout the chorafali, don't cut the edges
8.you can make it in strips also
9. Heat the oil and fry the chorafali on medium flame till light golden brown in colour and crispy
10. Mix red chilli powder and black salt and sprinkle this masala on the Chorafalis
