Healthy,Satisfying and Warmth on a cold day l Super Easy l Mushroom Vegetable soup

Ingredients
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Basil - 1/2 tbsp
Oregano - 1/2 tbsp
Rosemary -1/2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Some fresh basil leaves
Butter - 2 tbsps
Mushrooms - 100 to 150 gms
Capsicum - 100 gms or 1 small sized
Carrots - 2 small carrots
Beans - 6 to 7 haricot
Cabbage - a small portion
Cornstarch- 2 tbsps

Method:
Chop all the vegetables finely. Mince the garlic and ginger finely. Chop the onions finely
Heat the 2 tbsps of butter.Sauté the onions , mushrooms well. Add the remaining vegetables. Pour a litre of water and let the vegetables cook partially for 6 to 7 mins. Add the remaining spices and salt. To 2 tbsps of cornstarch add a little water and mix well and then add to the soup. This helps in thickening the soup a little. If you want a clear soup you can skip this step. Cook it again for 4 to 5 mins. Soup is  ready.Bon Appetite !! Serve with homemade garlic bread. It’s a meal in itself.
