My New Seiko Modded SKX - Review Of The SKX013J & Comparison To The SKX009J Automatic Dive Watch

In my recent SOTC (state of the collection) video update, some very observant viewers noticed that I no longer considered my SKX a "keeper." The reason behind this move is that at the time I was waiting for the arrival of a modified new addition to the line up. Today I reveal and review my modded SKX013J and compare it to my former favourite, the SKX009J. The SKX is a legendary diver, although far from perfect and now rather dated in terms of movement, it still retains the crown for the best automatic dive watch under or around the $200 mark. With its iconic status, unique design, trusted reliability and cult following from diving enthusiasts to watch aficionados, it's about time I got my very own custom version.
