Dr. Shilpa Gajarawala has been a practicing physician associate at the Mayo Clinic since 1997. She holds the rank of Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Associate in the Department of Medical and Surgical Gynecology. She recently joined General Internal Medicine and supports both the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Clinic and the Women’s Specialty Clinic for Sexual and Menopause Health. In addition to her clinical practice, she has championed both patient education and quality improvement projects. Shilpa is committed to helping patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Understanding that living with EDS can be challenging, she is dedicated to working with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
