One little trick that will make your chocolate muffins even softer and tastier than chiffon cakes! These double chocolate muffins are incredibly moist inside and they will stay moist for days!! Only 3 minutes is needed to prepare ~ this recipe is definitely worth trying and you will be amazed :D

**Ingredients
1 Egg -- 5 tbsp(65g) Sugar -- 1/2 tsp(3g) Vanilla extract -- 1/3 cup(90g) Milk -- 2 tbsp(20g) Cocoa powder -- 1 tsp(4g) Baking powder -- 80g Cake flour /or all-purpose flour -- 5 tbsp (70g) Corn oil /or melted butter
* Preheat the oven at 175C/350F bake for 20 minutes
* This recipe will be enough for 6 chocolate muffins
