Friendly shark receives hugs and belly rubs from aquarium keeper

A feel-good video of an unlikely friendship surfaced on social media in April, when an unsuspecting leopard shark received a hug from an aquarium keeper in New Caledonia.

The leopard shark remained in the keeper’s arms receiving a series of affectionate belly rubs before swimming away.
