Ingredients:
Milk - 2 ltr
water - 100 ml
Semiya ( vermicelli) - 100 gm Brand Name (Bambino)
Note : if you add more then 100 gm of semiya payasam bcome so think.so pls don't add more then this, this measurement will be perfect.
Sugar - 250g
Ghee - 3 tspn
sweetned condensed milk - 400g
green cardamom _ 5 to 10 no (according to the size)- 1/2 tspn powder
cashew nut - one handfull
